In case that You do not exercise Your right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the amended Terms of service, ThePoWow.Me shall consider that You have accepted the Amendment without objection.
The provisions of the law of Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to any cases unregulated under the Agreement.
The bodies governing the activity of “www.dianurse.com” are the User Protection Commission (CPC) and the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) with the following coordinates:

Users can use the European Dispute Resolution Online Platform (ODR) available at http://ec.europa.eu/odr/ – a unified access portal allowing EU Users and Traders to settle disputes between themselves.
Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) between Users and Traders is an out-of-court conciliation procedure on a voluntary basis.
The general conciliation commissions help to reach agreement between Users and Traders in disputes over service contracts.
The General Conciliation Commissions are defined on a regional basis and competent to resolve disputes between “www.dianurse.com” and User is:
